Relational Change Gathering 2021

Hoping in Darkness: Gathering Climate Voices

Relational Change, October 2021 Newsletter

The Wisdom of Community.

In this October newsletter Ann Shuptrine highlights the work of Suzanne Simard, with her research into the "Wood Wide Web" - the interconnected intelligence of communities of forest trees and fungi. Ann goes on to consider the importance of community, and outlines her experience of co-ordinating a community of practice (COP) as a co-created space of intention, experimentation, and learning.

In the forthcoming Community Gathering on December 10th, we also explore issues of climate change by looking at themes of loss, hope, and action, with video input from colleagues working in this area.
